The customer declares that he has read and informed all the preliminary information regarding the basic features of the product, sales price and payment method and delivery, and that he has given the necessary approval in the internet - electronic environment. 

For the delivery of the contractual product, the signed copy of this contract must be delivered to ECCE and the cost must be paid in the form of payment preferred by the Customer. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or canceled in the bank records, ECCE is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product. 

This contract becomes valid after it is signed by the CUSTOMER and delivered to ECCE. 

 

● SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT 

Between ECCE and the CUSTOMER: The Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers regarding the purchases made on the internet address of ECCE on www.eccediamonds.com without confronting the CUSTOMER and the delivery or execution of the goods to the CUSTOMER; In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Application of Distance Contracts, the rights and obligations of the parties constitute the subject of this contract.

● PAYMENT 

CUSTOMER; It will pay the prices announced as of the date of the order of the goods / services ordered from the website www.eccediamonds.com domain, by money order, EFT or credit card to ECCE's TR 74 0006 2000 3460 0006 297712 iban account. 

 

If the CUSTOMER purchases in cash, by credit card or in installments, the installment method chosen on the site is valid. In installment transactions, the relevant provisions of the contract signed between the CUSTOMER and the cardholder bank are valid. The credit card payment date is determined by the terms of the contract between the bank and the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER can also follow up the number of installments and their payments from the account statement sent by the bank. 

 

If the customer chooses to pay via bank transfer or EFT, if the payment is not made within 1 week, ECCE has the right to cancel the order. 

 

This contract is one of the contracts that impose debts on both parties. If one of the two parties has determined this on the day of execution of the debt, based on a right determined or preserved by the parties, by the expiry of this day, the Customer shall be deemed to be in default. In case of default of the customer / debtor, BK to ECCE. Md. The optional rights recognized by 106 are as follows: If the customer is in default, ECCE assigns a suitable grace period for the execution of the debt and notifies the customer and if the debt is not executed within this grace period, ECCE may use one of the following optional rights. Namely; It may demand full performance and additional damages to ECCE, or the damages arising from the failure to fulfill the debt by giving up this, or by terminating the contract immediately and claiming the negative damage arising from this through lawsuit. According to the 3rd clause of the 107th article of the BK, if it is stipulated in the contract that the act should be performed within a certain term or time, there is no need for a grace period specified in article 106.
